This year’s Copland Masterclass will have a focus around leadership and the future of work, recognising that both the type of work and the skills required for these jobs in the future will continue to change and evolve at an astonishing rate.

The program will provide emerging leaders with an opportunity to develop the leadership and management skills required in today’s rapidly changing economic and business environment.
