Governance
Board of Directors
CEDA's Board of Directors reflects the diversity of CEDA's
membership base. Directors are selected to bring a range of
experience to CEDA when planning its forward agenda. Directors are
appointed by members.
Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is an advisory body comprised of eminent
Australian business, political, community and academic leaders. The
Governors provide advice on CEDA's long-term policy priorities.
Research and Policy
Council
The Research and Policy Council guides CEDA's research agenda.
Its acts as a sounding board on emerging policy issues and proposed
projects, provides insight into issues that have currency in
business, academic and government circles, and links into the
business community. The Council reports to CEDA's Board and meets
three to four times a year.
State
Councils
CEDA's State Councils provide advice and guidance on local
issues to the chief executive and state directors. The chair of the
state council is the state president, who is also a member of
CEDA's Board of Directors.
