Lynn Wood
Chairman, Noni B Ltd
Lynn Wood is Chairman of the Commonwealth Government Financial
Reporting Council and of Noni B Limited (ASX:NBL). She is also a
non-executive director of GPT Funds Management Limited and a
Syndicate Chairman for the CEO Institute. Her previous board
memberships include HSBC Bank Australia Limited, Macquarie Goodman
Group, MS Australia Limited, Schroders Australia Limited and the
Foreign Investment Review Board. Her executive career included
senior positions in the financial services and retail industries.
She has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management
and an MA from the University of Sydney. She is a Fellow of the
AICD and was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2003.
