Peter was appointed as CEDA's Chief Operating Officer, effective from 1/01/2011, following on from his role as State Director for Victoria and Tasmania.

Prior to joining CEDA, Peter had extensive private sector experience both within Australia and working internationally. Most recently Peter was Executive Director for Asia/ Pacific for a global management consultancy having established offices in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

Peter's formative years were spent in the energy sector where Peter enjoyed a 20 plus year career with Mobil Oil Ltd. During that time he held senior management roles across a number of portfolios - including Business Strategy, Global Sales and Marketing, Franchise Development and Human Resource Development. During that period Peter also worked internationally, based for a time in Washington DC, with marketing and refining development responsibilities for Africa, Asia Pacific and South America.
