The Copland leadership Program is CEDA's professional development
program for future leaders offering collaboration across business,
government academic and community sectors.
The 7- part program provides unparallelled access to Australia's
top business leaders who share their insights and experience in

Who should participate?
The Copland Leadership Program is designed specifically for
those planning to accelerate their careers into executive general
management.
Copland candidates will have attained certain success in their
chosen professions, with demonstrated intellectual rigour, but now
want to elevate their performance along the path to leadership.
Participants come from corporate, business, public sector and
government, peak bodies, academia and the not-for-profit
sector.
Australian Graduate School of Management (ASGM) designed
learning modules
Over seven interactive seminars, ASGM facilitators
present cutting edge theoretical frameworks and lead discussion
with participants on leadership skills and experiences. Case study
presentations from top tier industry, corporate and public sector
leaders will enhance the leadership development of
participants.
The program offers monthly 2.5 hour mid-day seminars between April
and October 2012, ensuring that a balance between work and learning
can be achieved.
AGSM Executive Program facilitators
Dr Melinda Muth is a former finalist in
the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Award. Melinda specialises in
leadership development, team effectiveness and change
management. She designs and delivers corporate programs,
including the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth, the Melbourne /
Beihang University eMBA and Duke Corporate Education
programs.
Simon Kelland has worked as a senior executive in
the financial services sector and has experience in developing
executive teams and individuals to compete in growing business
environments. Simon's management experience includes strategic
planning and business development, sales, product development,
structured finance, risk managment and relationship
management.
