2012 Copland Leadership Program SA
The Copland Leadership Program is CEDA's professional
development program for future leaders. It offers unique
professional collaboration across corporate, government, academic
and community sectors.
The five-session SA program theme will be Leadership in a
Carbon Constrained Economy and it will be delivered in
conjunction with Flinders University.
It will provide unparalleled access to Australia's top business
leaders who will share their insights and experience with
participants in highly interactive and informative group
sessions.
The program will provide emerging leaders with an opportunity to
develop their leadership and management skills, required in today's
rapidly changing economic and business environment.
The program's intake is limited to ensure an exclusive and
personalised learning experience. Participants will develop an
excellent professional network across a broad range of
industries.
Designed to transform leadership skills
The Copland Leadership Program challenges conventional
leadership thinking and teaches participants to act decisively in
complex situations.
Who should participate?
The Copland Leadership Program is designed specifically for
ambitious young people planning to accelerate their careers into
executive general management.
Participants come from a broad range of sectors including
corporate, business, government, peak bodies, academia and the
not-for-profit sector.
