Participant reflections on the Copland Program

"Unique opportunity to explore and reflect on topics with others in the wider business world. It helps develop broader thinking in experience."

"Excellent breadth of topics with relevant discussions and quality presenters with an excellent facilitator."

"The Copland Program offers a breadth and perspective not normally available to an individual in a line role."

"It gives you an opportunity to look at emerging issues and to reflect on your business as it relates to the topics covered...I thoroughly enjoyed the whole program and would recommend it to others."

"The course introduced some new perspectives from those who have 'walked the talk'. This was more useful than a theoretical leadership course."

"Overall, the quality of the speakers was excellent. Their openness about the internal processes of leadership in their organisations was much appreciated."
