Copland Leadership Program.
The Copland Leadership Program is CEDA's professional
development program for future leaders. It offers a unique
professional collaboration across corporate, government, academic
and community sectors.
The seven-part program provides elite access to some of
Australia's top business leaders, who will share their insights and
experience in highly interactive and informative group
sessions.
The program's intake is limited to ensure an exclusive and
personalised learning experience. Participants will develop an
excellent professional network across a broad range of industries,
with many making lasting friendships.
2012 applications are now open
Applications for the WA 2012 Copland Leadership Program are
now open and must be submitted by Wednesday 16
May.
The 2012 WA program will run from 25 May to 15 November.
Who should participate?
The Copland Leadership program is designed specifically for
ambitious emerging leaders planning to accelerate their careers
into executive general management.
Copland candidates will have attained certain success in their
chosen professions, but now want to elevate their performance along
the path to leadership.
Participants come from a broad range of sectors including
corporate, business, government, peak bodies, academia and the
not-for-profit sector.

Curtin University designed learning modules
In 2012, the Copland Leadership program's seven modules will be
facilitated by Curtin University.
Curtin's experienced and dynamic facilitators will deliver
cutting edge theoretical frameworks and lead discussion with
participants on leadership skills and experiences. Case study
presentations from top tier industry, corporate and public sector
leaders will enhance the leadership development of
participants.
The program consists of monthly seminars that run between May
and November.
