Speaker(s):
OVERVIEW
Leaders today face enormous pressures, as they are being held
responsible for greater accountabilities from both above and below.
How do great leaders manage these challenges and continue to
reliably and consistently align their people to achieve the desired
results?
What do extraordinary leaders have that others don't? How can I
expand my competency and capacity to inspire my people to perform
at their best?
Warren Bennis said "the conversation for leadership is long and
important." As business is the engine room of society, it is
critical that our leaders ensure the ongoing successful operation
of that system. Join Lisa Rubinstein as she shares with you the
results of interviews with some of Australia's most extraordinary
leaders in which she will distinguish the source of their
excellence. The discussion will focus on the critical
fundamental characteristics determining our being, thinking and
actions as leaders and how we can elevate our own capacity to
produce results.
