CEO and CFO Roundtables

CEDA Roundtables bring together small groups of CEOs and CFOs to share their insights and experiences, overcoming the usual "it's lonely at the top" challenge faced by leaders.

Roundtables are open to CEOs and CFOs of CEDA member organisations.

How they work

Each roundtable has ten to 15 members and meets every two months.

The meetings are facilitated by experienced and well-recognised chairs - leaders in their own right. On occasion, experts from Australia's best business schools or consultancies provide support in specific areas of interest.

Topics are determined by the group and typically reflect critical leadership issues, including talent management, productivity, governance, risk management, organisational culture.

The aim is a relaxed and confidential environment that enables busy people to gain insights into each others' organisations and the challenges they face.
