A new approach to leadership development
CEDA’s extensive network enables us to give emerging leaders direct access to the best minds in business. The Copland Program aims to prepare tomorrow’s leaders to face the challenges of running a 21st century business. It gives them knowledge to draw on in the future and guides them to make more strategic decisions.
Format
The Copland Program is a series of interactive seminars on specific themes. At each seminar, the facilitator discusses cutting-edge theoretical frameworks and, following an informal networking lunch, a leading industry practitioner shares their first-hand knowledge and experience in a case study presentation.
The cohort is small, with no more than 30 participants in the program each year. Discussion is off the record and participants are invited to share their insights and discuss challenges they face on the themes addressed.
