Niki Vincent


Niki Vincent is a member of CEDA's State Advisory Council in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Dr Niki Vincent is the Commissioner for Equal Opportunity at the South Australian Equal Opportunity Commission. She is an experienced organisational and community leader with a passion for the development of wiser, more ethical and adaptive leadership for the common good, and a keen interest in a wide range of community issues. In addition, she is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the University of South Australia's Business School. She is also former the CEO of the Leaders Institute of SA - the community leadership organisation she established in 2004.

Dr Vincent received an Australian Leadership Award from the AusDavos Connection Future Summit in 2007 and was a Finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award in 2005. She has received several awards for academic performance. She completed a PhD in psychology (adult development and leadership) at the University of Adelaide. She also studied leadership development at Harvard University in 2006.
