Riki Polygenis


Riki Polygenis is a member of CEDA's State Advisory Council in Victoria.
Riki Polygenis is a Principal Adviser in the Australian Treasury’s International Economics and Security Division, with responsibility for Treasury’s engagement with key bilateral partners, multilateral forums and international financial institutions. Strengthening international economic and financial stability, and promoting global growth and sustainable development are key aims of this work. Riki also has extensive experience as a private sector macroeconomist, including as Head of Australian Economics at National Australia Bank, and Co-Head of Australian Economics at ANZ. She started her career as an economist in the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Economic Analysis Department.  
Ms Polygenis holds a first class Honours degree in Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in finance), both from Monash University. Riki is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and has been actively involved in the Women in Economics network.
