Lee Kelly


State Director, NSW/ACT

As State Director NSW and the ACT, Lee is responsible for membership engagement and strategy; program design and initiatives; and ensuring all members connect with CEDA’s research and activities in New South Wales and Canberra. Prior to this role, she held the position of Associate Director gaining expertise and experience facilitating policy discussions, project and program leadership, business improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Lee has over 15 years' experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors within Australia and internationally. She has held senior roles in Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Vietnam for organisations such as Deloitte, Ogilvy & Mather, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Lee is also an Industry Advisory Committee Member at Macquarie University’s Centre for Workplace Futures, Faculty of Business and Economics; an Industry Advocate for the International Convention Centre and was a member of the Australian Advisory Committee for the Global Summit of Women 2018, the largest-ever gathering of international leaders supporting gender equity to visit Australia.

Lee is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds has BA Comms from the University of Canberra.
