Patricia Faulkner AO


Patricia Faulkner AO is a CEDA Director. CEDA's Board of Directors provides strategic advice and is made up of Australian business and policy leaders.
Patricia is a Chairman and Board Director with extensive senior and chief executive experience across a range of sectors including health, welfare, banking, telecommunications, government, superannuation, and professional services. She specializes in the governance of NFP member organisations.
Patricia currently chairs the Boards of Jesuit Social Services, the CBA CEO Advisory Panel and the Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) Foundation. She is a former board member of CEDA, and currently, the Melbourne Theatre Company, VicSuper, a member of the MRC Committee and Deputy Chair of Catholic Professional Standards Limited.
In 2015/16, she served as a Deputy Commissioner to the Victorian Royal Commission into Family Violence.
Patricia was a previous Global Lead Partner and National Partner-in-Charge, Health Sector at KPMG and a Secretary of the Victorian Government Department of Human Services. She held a number of roles with the Victorian Government over a period 20+ years, including Director of Consumer Affairs and Director of Occupational Health and Safety.
