The Copland Leadership Program is CEDA's professional development program for emerging leaders across corporate, government, academic and community sectors.

Designed specifically for ambitious professionals ready to take the next career step, the three-day Copland Leadership Program prepares emerging leaders to learn new skills and gain leadership awareness and knowledge to elevate their leadership performance.
In addition to the three-day course, each participant in the program is assigned a senior business leader who will provide one-on-one mentoring to support career development. All mentors are key Trustees within CEDA’s membership network and leaders within their field of expertise.
