In a changing global landscape, business efficiency in the banking sector is more important than ever.

Through the CIO Series, CEDA continues to advance discussion around the integral importance of information and communication technology to organisational performance in our information-based economy. The luncheon series stimulates debate and facilitates knowledge exchange towards a robust community of ICT leadership to drive business forward through innovation and business process improvement.

CEDA is delighted to welcome Anne Weatherston, Chief Information Officer from ANZ to address CEDA members and their guests for the final session for 2011.

Anne will examine how a clearly defined strategy supporting the business operating model and underpinned by enabling technology, is key to building an efficient bank. The successful banks of the future are those that are clear about their strategy and willing to take bold and innovative steps to transform the customer experience.
