Event overview
In 2012, Aberdeen Group research showed that companies who optimise their customer analytics have revenues 90 per cent higher and retention rates three and a half times higher than companies who do not.
Using data effectively to segment and define actual business performance beyond traditional demographics, is the new approach to attracting, converting and retaining more customers. Successful organisations are using this new approach to redefine all aspects of marketing, selling and delivery. The results can be startling: attract more, convert faster and churn less.
CEDA is pleased to welcome one of Australia's most experienced advisors in data-driven insights, Joe Hindmarsh, Founder of the Revenue Performance Centre. He will share how customers and market segments can be engaged in greater depth, by applying data, analytics and process. He will provide real examples, touch on current trends and outline how your business can benefit from this approach.
