Event overview

Anne Skewes will discuss NSW Government priorities in social and affordable housing, commenting on the $1.1 billion Social and Affordable Housing Fund; collaboration with government and industry to develop public housing assets; and innovative approaches to social housing that maximise opportunities and enhance liveability.

Anne Skewes
Deputy Secretary, Land and Housing Corporation, NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment

Ms Anne Skewes is Deputy Secretary at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, managing the NSW Land and Housing Corporation’s social housing portfolio. This includes the delivery of the $22 billion Communities Plus program, leveraging private capital and partnering with not for profit to build 63,500 new homes over ten years.

Previuosly, Anne was a Deputy Director-General at the NSW Department of Finance and Services, Chief Executive of the NSW State Property Authority, Chief Executive of the ACT Land Development Agency, and led major urban renewal projects in South Australia.
