Event overview

Global and regional food demand will continue to grow rapidly in coming decades. Global investment capital and international interest in Australian agribusiness has never been more critical and presents enormous opportunity for the expansion of Australia's agricultural sector. Within the industry, innovation in production and food manufacturing is crucial to success.

The Federal Government has indicated plans to further reduce the regulatory burden on the industry, acknowledging the role of reform in improving productivity and economic returns. CEDA welcomes Federal Minister for Agriculture, Barnaby Joyce to discuss forward policy initiatives, foreign investment, food security and the long term potential of the sector to drive the national economy.

Join senior colleagues to hear the forward policy agenda and expert analysis of the important issues and economic opportunities being brought about by increasing demand.
