Event overview

The business case for diversity is clear. The challenge of leading change and ensuring the development, engagement and retention of women in organisations is a business imperative. This cultural change depends on all leaders championing gender diversity.

To celebrate the release of the first Queensland Male Champions of Change report, Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick will lead a panel of Queensland Male Champions of Change members. They are taking up the challenge of influence and action and will discuss the importance of driving gender parity in their organisations and within the many male dominated industries and fields they represent.

Driving gender diversity initiatives in the state's leading businesses, these senior executives understand the importance of leadership's role in influencing workplace culture and organisational change. They discuss the implementation of forward thinking diversity and inclusion programs and the insights revealed by the Queensland Male Champions of Change project and report.

Join an audience of senior cross sector leaders and expand your professional network as these leading speakers share their experiences and thoughts on leadership, influence and action.
