Event overview

Recent research into community sentiment and consumer and citizen behaviour exposes a declining trust in institutions and identifies challenges for business and barriers to reform.

The strategic and societal importance of trust in media, business and government should not be underestimated. The annual Edelman Trust Barometer research maps public sentiment locally and internationally. This year’s findings identify significant shifts. Steven Spurr will present the most recent Trust Barometer research and discuss the implications for strategy, policy, stakeholder relations and business initiatives.
