OVERVIEW
Recharging and raising productivity, the final of CEDA's three-part lunchtime series, will look at how leading organisations experiencing sustained competition for skills are meeting the challenge through open-mindedness and innovation. Increasing productivity in the national economy is heavily reliant on driving it in business and industry through a variety of strategies. Businesses who fail to meet the challenge are at risk of being left behind and unable to attract the skills they need to meet ambitious expansion plans.
The final event in CEDA's productivity series will hear from business and industry leaders in the sectors that are confronted with a myriad of skill market challenges. They will discuss their strategies for recharging and raising current workforce contribution and share innovations designed with 2015 productivity in mind.
