The 2012 CEDA Thought Leadership Breakfast Series will provide an opportunity to hear perspectives, ideas, insights, and issues affecting the economic landscape in Australia from a range of thought leaders and experts in an array of industry sectors.

In the first series event for 2012, IBISWorld, Founder and Chairman, Phil Ruthven will explore Australia's changing demographics and how business will need to review and adapt their thinking of the Australian workforce.

With the population living, learning and worker longer, along with the growth of part-time workers beyond the traditional retirement age, Australia's workforce will look very different over the next five to ten years.

Decisions made now, about where we live and work, will be pivotal to the current and future composition of the Australian workforce.

The key challenge for business will be ensuring Australia has access to the skills and labour required for a prosperous future.

Phil will also explore the rise of the personal mobility revolution, changing lifestyles and the influence of different working regimes.

Since 1971, IBISWorld has been providing valuable insights into Australia's business environment and market conditions through reliable and current business information.

Join Phil as he provides his expert views on the effects of our changing demographics on business.
