OVERVIEW

The Australian Energy Technology Assessment (AETA) developed by the Bureau of Resources and Energy Economics (BREE) in association with the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), is the first study of its kind to provide the spreadsheets, detailed descriptions and long-run projections of levelised cost of electricity generation for 40 electricity technologies, including conventional technologies and renewables.

These projections developed over the past year with collaborations from industry, leading energy researchers and CSIRO among others, provides the basis for understanding Australia's energy future and are one of the key accompanying studies underpinning the Energy White Paper.

Join CEDA to hear from Drew Clarke, Quentin Grafton and assessment and industry stakeholders on the results and their implications for future policy.
