Event overview

The role of workplaces in enhancing employee wellbeing remains a priority for organisations of all sizes. With the connection between employee wellbeing and productivity and efficiency outcomes clear, the challenge remains for employers to adapt wellbeing programs to a changing work and worker dynamic - a multifaceted challenge. Furthermore, stigma around executive mental health and wellbeing remains high, yet the risk to business by failing to properly address these issues is perhaps greater.

Across three significant sessions, this CEDA event will address:

  • Working, wellbeing and economic outcomes;
  • Innovation in workplace wellbeing initiatives including the connection between physical workplaces and wellbeing and adaptive work practices; and
  • Executive mental health indicators, governance and risk management.
