Professor Hugh Bradlow
President, Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering

Hugh Bradlow is one of Australia’s leading experts on innovation and emerging technologies. He is currently President of ATSE, an independent body of more than 870 Australian scientists and engineers seeking to enhance Australia’s prosperity through technological innovation. Hugh has held senior roles in research and industry, including Chief Technology Officer and Head of Innovation at Telstra, and Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Wollongong.

Acting Deputy Secretary, Health Financing, Federal Department of Health

Penny Shakespeare, is currently acting Deputy Secretary of the Health Financing Group in the Australian Government Department of Health. This includes the Technology Assessment and Access Division (TAAD), Medical Benefits Division (MBD), Provider Benefits Integrity Division (PBID).

Andrew Wiltshire
Senior Director, Corporate Affairs ANZ; Government Affairs APAC, Medtronic Australasia

Andrew Wiltshire is Senior Director, Government Affairs, Asia Pacific. He is responsible for managing Government Relations, coordinating and driving Government Affairs strategies and best practices within APAC – supporting the execution of regional and business strategic objectives.

Gary Belfied is an Executive Director in KPMG Australia's Policy, Programs & Evaluation group. He has previously held senior roles within the NHS, including hospital CEO, and a Director-General in Department of Health (England).
