EVENT OVERVIEW

What does the future hold for Western Australia's property and development sector?

Join CEDA as our panel of experts to discuss the outlook for this critical sector.

After a prolonged downturn, conditions are finally improving for property businesses and investors. With a shortage of properties for sale and rent in both residential and commercial sectors, a strong local economy, low interest rates and increasing rental return, will WA's property sector peak once again? What are the expectations and market signal predictions for the property sector over the next three to five years?

The panel will also discuss potential barriers for their sector's progression, the cost of construction and doing business, the significance of urban and renewal developments and increasing need for high density capacity to meet the population demands currently being felt.
