Terry Agnew, Group Chief Executive Officer, RAC of WA
Erica Haddon, Executive General Manager , Strategic Innovation, RAC of WA

Event overview

RAC is one of WA’s most recognised and iconic brands, servicing more than 1 million members in a proud history stretching back over 110 years.  However, as the automobile industry continues to be disrupted from all angles, innovation and change has become more critical than ever.

Under the guidance of Terry Agnew and Erica Haddon, RAC has actively pursued an innovation agenda to ensure that innovation, and therefore the long-term delivery of value to RAC’s members, remains front of mind.

Terry will outline the strategic imperative and some of the significant initiatives that RAC has undertaken to stimulate the conversation with our members. Erica will share the holistic innovation approach that has driven the pursuit of innovation across 3 streams:  capability and culture change, exploration and development of breakthrough opportunities and design of options for the future strategic direction, RAC 2030.

This briefing is by invitation only to CEDA Trustees. Trustees are senior leaders nominated by CEDA member organisations. At CEDA boardroom briefings Trustees hear from an informed, expert guest speaker in a private, small group setting. Invitations to boardroom briefings are a valued benefit of CEDA membership.
