Event overview

CEDA WA’s Trustee End-of-Year Sundowner allows us to reflect on the year that has been. This year CEDA Chief Executive Officer, Melinda Cilento will share insights from CEDA’s latest research and provide an overview on CEDA’s 2019 research program.

Building on CEDA’s June Community Pulse nation-wide poll that identified the issues of most importance to Australians, CEDA’s report being released at this event, Connecting people with progress: securing future economic development, provides a framework for future policy agendas for economic and social policy reform.

CEDA State President, John Langoulant AO, will also address Trustees with a recap of 2018 and his views on where the WA economy is heading in 2019.

To thank you for your support of CEDA and contributions throughout the year, attendees will then enjoy time for refreshments and networking.

This briefing is by invitation only to CEDA Trustees. Trustees are senior leaders nominated by CEDA member organisations. At CEDA boardroom briefings Trustees hear from an informed, expert guest speaker in a private, small group setting. Invitations to boardroom briefings are a valued benefit of CEDA membership. Chatham House Rule applies.
