Event overview

What works in boosting women’s representation in senior leadership roles? What can be learnt from the leaders who are challenging the status quo?

At this event get the latest evidence-based insights from a joint research project by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency and McKinsey & Company. We take a closer look at the common practices of organisations that are making the most progress on workplace gender equality, including:

  • The findings from the WGEA’s 2016-17 data set examining the gender pay gap and employer action;
  •  New research into drivers of improved outcomes for women in leadership; and
  • Employer initiatives that are most effective at supporting women’s progress at work.
The business case for gender equality is well established. Join the discussion as we set out the roadmap for change.
