With progress in South Australia's hydrogen industry underway, CEDA brought together leaders at the forefront of these developments to discuss the investments, plans and projects facilitating SA’s advancement as a major player in the global hydrogen energy industry.
The Hon. Tom Koutsantonis, SA Minister for Infrastructure and Transport and Minister for Energy and Mining, made a keynote address and was joined alongside with other industry figures currently leading this initiative. New research from the Australian Hydrogen Centre (AHC) was also announced, which found that a shift to 100 per cent hydrogen in the state’s gas distribution network was feasible and that the transition's construction phase would generate over 2000 jobs for the State.
