Working for CEDA has also allowed me to work collaboratively across a range of multidisciplinary teams comprised of seasoned industry experts and leaders who are always ready to share their knowledge and expertise."
Associate Director, Membership Ali Condon NSW
"Through CEDA membership, my purpose is to engage thought leaders from government, business, academia and community organisations meaningfully, inviting them to contribute to the conversations most critical to Australia’s future.

As a membership-based think tank, our independent research is strengthened by the diversity of our members' insights and expertise, so I genuinely value our members' voices. I feel inspired daily by the passionate discussions I share with my members and CEDA team; and by my purpose, as I believe broad collaboration and debate is crucial to shaping economic and social outcomes for the greater good."
Chief Economist Cassandra Winzar WA

On a personal level, I have never experienced, to such a great degree, the amount of educating, coaching, mentoring, and generous sharing of information from all levels of the organisation."

"I’ve long found the most rewarding aspects of working for CEDA to be the longstanding relationships I’ve made with colleagues and external stakeholders; the opportunity to work for an independent organisation unhindered by special interests; and the genuine interest people have in our purpose and work."
Researcher Ember Corpuz SA
"With CEDA, I'm able to contribute to the work of a leading think tank and also have an opportunity to work with our membership. I also value CEDA's independence and contribution to society's greater good and its ability to convene and engage with the wider community through its public events."

"I have never been so stimulated as I am working at CEDA. As a staff member, in addition to CEDA members, we have access to reading, watching, listening to, and being immersed in so many mind-expanding issues. Taking in the news and current events has taken on a different perspective for me!

I love the diversity in my role, from supporting our State Advisory Councils and our special advisory groups through to our leadership training programs. I really enjoy watching people grow through learning, which they do in the Copland Leadership Program. No days are ever the same for me at CEDA, and I enjoy that I can be working with members, venues, sponsors from all over the country."
