CEDA EVENTS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Ticket cancellations, received by 5.00pm 10 days prior to the event, will be refunded in full.
  • Full payment is required for any cancellation received within 10 days of the event or for non-attendance on the day.
  • Attendee substitutions for the originally booked event may be made until the event commences.
  • CEDA does not hold registration fees in credit. Registrations can be cancelled or transferred to another event in line with the policy above.
  • All cancellations and changes must be forwarded in writing, by email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 21 days of cancellation via the same method used for payment.

CEDA LEARNING REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Extended learning programs (Copland Leadership Program) 

 

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to CEDALearning@ceda.com.au  

  • Cancellations received more than 14 days before program commencement are eligible for a refund or transfer to an alternative course. 

  • Enrolments are transferrable to another person at any time prior to course commencement but may be subject to an administration fee if within 14 days of commencement. 

  • If the program is cancelled by CEDA a full refund or deferment will be provided. 

  • CEDA Learning invoices are payable within seven days.  

  • Full payment is required for access to the online course materials and/or face-to-face sessions.  

 

Blended Learning (Public Policy Dynamics)  

 

  • All cancellation or deferment requests must be submitted in writing to CEDALearning@ceda.com.au  

  • Cancellations are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a different course within 14 days of enrolment and in cases where the online learning content has not been accessed. 

  • Participants who are unable to attend their scheduled workshop must arrange to attend an alternative workshop in order to complete the course.  An administration fee will apply.   

  • If the course is cancelled by CEDA a full refund or deferment will be provided. 

  • CEDA Learning invoices are payable within seven days.  

  • Full payment is required for access to the online course materials. 

 

Online Learning (ESG Fundamentals and Economics for Non-Economists) 

 

  • All cancellation or deferment requests must be submitted in writing to CEDALearning@ceda.com.au 

  • A full refund will be provided for cancellations received within 14 days of enrolment and where the online learning content has not been accessed. 

  • Students have access to the learning management system for 12 months from date of enrolment. Extensions may be requested in writing and are subject to an administration fee.  

  • If a course is unavailable or removed by CEDA a refund will be provided. 

  • Full payment is required for access to the online course materials,
