Australia recently endorsed the Bletchley Declaration, a landmark move for technology ethics Australia, co-signed with the EU and 27 other countries. The declaration commits to the development and application of AI that is safe, human-centric, and trustworthy. Helen Wilson will outline the opportunities this presents for Australia and discuss the proactive measures being taken to ensure that the growth of AI technologies remains both beneficial and responsible.
