Are you a passionate events coordinator committed to working for the greater good? Based in one of our capital city CBD offices, we are seeking a candidate for a permanent role with demonstrated ability to manage a busy program of events of varying sizes and complexity, coupled with experience in stakeholder engagement and CRM systems.
Working as part of a diverse and growing national team of Event Coordinators, the event component of the role will incorporate the majority of your working week. You will manage the end to end event logistics, including partnering with our senior event programmers who design the event content, confirm speakers and sponsors. You will have regular engagement with internal CEDA stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
The membership support component of the role will require you to work alongside the membership team to provide high level, timely and accurate support primarily in the maintenance of CRM membership information, including monthly membership renewals, onboarding/offboarding members, and related CRM updates.
In addition, as part of one of our small state-based teams you will have some responsibilities for overall office management activities that assist in ensuring the effective daily operation of the office.

Based on our brand new Melbourne CBD office, we are seeking an Events Administrator to join our nationally dispersed Programming team for a 12 months contract. This newly created role will be responsible for managing data updates in our CRM system, providing high-level customer service and assisting in key event support duties across all CEDA public events. Your confident, pro-active, solutions-focused approach to delivering exceptional customer service will provide a value-added contribution in managing the administrative component of events delivery.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Program & Delivery, this role will be working closely with the nationally dispersed team of Membership and Event Coordinators and will collaboratively work with the Programming, Membership & Communication teams.

The Membership Manager will be based in our Brisbane office with primary account management responsibilities for a targeted group of organisations across CEDA’s diverse membership base and for identifying and recruiting new members. This role has the flexibility to be in a part time or full-time capacity.
You will use your outstanding communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders, acting as a liaison between members and the wider organisation and actively identifying and communicating members’ interests and expertise across CEDA’s policy and content areas.
Reporting to the Director Membership and working as part of a geographically dispersed Membership team, your confident, pro-active, solutions focused approach to delivering exceptional customer service will also enable you to identify and engage with prospective members who are aligned to CEDA’s priorities for Australia’s future economic development, outlined in our Connecting People with Progress report.
