CEDA welcomed The Hon. Mark Bailey, Minister for Transport and Main Roads, who provided his insights into government plans to better connect Queensland, improve mobility and liveability and of the infrastructure required across the state to connect Queensland to opportunity.
Having experienced the highest level of interstate migration of any state during the pandemic and looking ahead to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games - strategies to properly connect Queensland's regions to the South East and ways to better enable the flow of the people, goods and commodities for the State’s future were discussed.
