ACCC Chair, Gina Cass-Gottlieb recently returned to the Sydney CEDA stage to announce the ACCC’s Compliance and Enforcement Priorities for 2026–27. Her speech centred on restoring competition and consumer trust by targeting issues including misleading pricing, manipulative digital practices and greenwashing, also tackling anti-competitive conduct and vulnerabilities in key sectors.
