Congratulations to Bethany Cooper, winner of the CEDA Prize for her essay, Urban Water Restrictions in Australia: Accounting for Behavioural Differences.
Bethany Cooper is an Associate Lecturer and PhD Student at LaTrobe University.

The entries were judged by CEDA Research and Policy Council members:
