Professor Ross Garnaut spoke to CEDA in Sydney on 26 March 2008 about an emissions trading scheme for Australia.
His speech followed the release of the Review's Emissions Trading Scheme Discussion Paper, which outlines a set of principles and design features for the delivery of an efficient and effective emissions trading scheme for Australia.
